New breads

We have recently introduced two new types of bread to our offering.

The first is a fig and fennel sourdough, which goes really well with strong cheese :

The second is our long ferment farmhouse white loaf, which takes longer than our sourdough to ferment, but which contains a tiny amount of yeast. The long fermentation time allows for a crisp crunchy crust but a creamy crumb inside to form. This is an excellent one to try if you are new to sourdough style breads and is so versatile that it goes with most toppings.

Both can be ordered for collection from the farm or home delivery – please email to order or go to our page dedicated to our home delivery service to find out more.
