We have recently introduced two new types of bread to our offering.
The first is a fig and fennel sourdough, which goes really well with strong cheese :
The second is our long ferment farmhouse white loaf, which takes longer than our sourdough to ferment, but which contains a tiny amount of yeast. The long fermentation time allows for a crisp crunchy crust but a creamy crumb inside to form. This is an excellent one to try if you are new to sourdough style breads and is so versatile that it goes with most toppings.
